		<description>I love the comparison to graphic design and web design terminology here.  When you design a web page, or design a brochure, or design just about anything, you are reminded about the white space, and how you need to find a balance.  However, most people don&#039;t see the philosophy in that advice, and apply it to more aspects of their lives.

It makes me think of bosses and CEOs, who want to squeeze every ounce of &quot;juice&quot; from their workers as they can.  When employees take a few minutes out of their day to enjoy being where they are, these people call it &quot;company theft&quot;, meaning wasting time while they are on the clock.  Maybe a little more white space in their work days would benefit them?

I think I might blog about this, and if I do, I will credit you with the idea.  Thanks a lot!</description>
