Have you had one of those day’s where you feel like all the will has been drained from your body and all you need is sleep but you can’t go to sleep. I think it is an evil trick that someone is playing on us. As I Am Tired.
When your body and mind get in to a routine they enjoy that routine as they know what to expect. This week I through some new challenges at myself. I decided to retest the 7 Day Diet that is soon to be released, Started doing a 1 hour work out in the morning, Decided to try some HGH releasers and top it all off I have just moved house. So as I said I Am Tired.
Because of this 2 days in I have managed to stick out the exercise and feel that is a positive move, I have managed to Keep going on the HGH releasers but have had to put the diet aside because I Am Tired.
In life we sometimes try to take on to many challenges. The worst problem with this is that you can end up jugling so many differnet things all you end up wanting to do is sleep and forget about your tasks. In my case I was on a role with everything and forgot how I got there. It was minor changes leading to major changes. You must take change step by step.
Listen to your mind and body it will tell you if you are working to hard at change. After this post I am going to grab a cup of Pepermint tea curl up in bed and read a book. Because I am tired. (Remember I have to get up at 6AM to work out :=)
